Farm Information Bureau  was established in 1969. It acts as a single nodal agency to provide active and complete information support to accelerate the extension and developmental activities of the department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development. The Bureau takes up the propaganda works of the departments to help the farming community in availing various benefits offered by the Government.
